Role: Manager, Commercial Analytics (Pharma experience must)
Location: Danbury, CT [onsite]
Type of hire: Fulltime
We are looking for Manager with experience in pharma / life science, which includes defining the product strategies/roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery to meet business needs. Able to manage a larger team and act as liaison to the onshore team
Responsibilities:
- Experience in commercial projects across pharma / life sciences
- Experienced across any of the commercial analytics functions like marketing analytics, sales analytics
- Experienced in pharma datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony: Xponent, DDD, Digital Interaction data, Sales data
- Experienced in reporting and analytics/insight generation
- Good in project management, storytelling and stakeholder management
- Hands on SQL. Knowledge on Azure Cloud platform, Databricks, Pyspark or Python, Power BI are good to have
- Good to have – data governance / data quality /data cataloging experience specifically around Ataccama/Collibra
- Experience in requirement gathering scoping, solution, project management and executing multiple project in parallel
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Pharmacy / technology
- MBA
- MS/MTech/Mpharma
"The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000.
